    LeAnn's parents were originally reluctant to allow their talented daughter to preform. As LeAnn grew, however, she began to ask her parents to dress her up in frilly dresses and let her preform. LeAnn got her wish at age 5, when she preformed in a song-and-dance competition singing "Getting to Know You" from The King and I. Despite Wilbur's doubt, LeAnn took home 5 trophies that night!

    "Sittin' On Top of the World" is not only the title of LeAnn Rime's new MCG/Curb album, it is also a fitting moniker for her life.
