‘Qubool Hai’ to go off air on January 25

“Qubool Hai”, which narrated the love saga of Zoya-Asad, Sanam-Ahil and more recently Mahira-Armaan, was launched in October 2012 with an aim to break stereotypes about the Muslim community.

The show brought forward the life of a Muslim family and how their cultural values have changed with time. It even underwent several changes — be it in terms of introducing a supernatural factor, taking a leap or incorporating the India-Pakistan angle — to keep the audience’s interest alive.

Ever since “Qubool Hai” embarked on its journey on the Indian small screen, as many as 10 actors have been changed for the male protagonist from Karan Singh Grover, Rishab Sinha, Raqesh Vashisth, Vikrant Massey, Karanvir Bohra, Shehzad Sheikh, Varun Toorkey, Rajbir Singh, Ankit Raj to Avinash Sachdev.
